Exercise: The floor

You can sit down or stand up.
Both feet should be on the ground.
You should feel comfortable and safe.
Feel your feet firmly on the floor.
Imagine:
You're a tree.
Your feet have roots.
Your head is growing upwards.
Your feet are firmly planted on the floor.
Feel the floor.
Feel the space around you.
Are you cold?
Are you warm?
What parts of the body feel good right now?
