Sit down.
Or lie down.
You can also stand up.
You should feel comfortable and safe.
Your upper body should be straight.
You can close your eyes.
Take a deep breath.
Imagine:
Everything good and everything difficult flows into your body.
Breathe out deeply.
Imagine:
All difficult things flow out of your body.
All good things spread pleasantly inside your body.
