This exercise can help you feel your heartbeat.
If you feel a strong pounding heartbeat at the moment,
you should not do the exercise.

Sit down.
Or lie down.
You can also stand up.
You should feel comfortable and safe.
Your upper body should be straight.
You can close your eyes.

Listen to your heartbeat.
Do you feel your heartbeat strongly or not?
Is that pleasant or unpleasant for you?
What is your heart trying to tell you?
Does it need attention?
Does it want rest or activity?
