Exercise: Holding my breath

Breathe in slowly through your nose.
As you do this, slowly count to 4 until your lungs are full.
Hold your breath.
As you do this, slowly count to 7.
Slowly breathe out through your mouth until all the air is gone from your lungs.
Now hold your breath one more time.
As you do this, slowly count to 8.
Repeat this exercise a few times.
