Exercise: The colour

Sit down.
Or lie down.
You can also stand up.
You should feel comfortable and safe.
Your upper body should be straight.
You can close your eyes.

Imagine your favourite colour
in your belly.
With each breath you take, the colour gets more space.
When you breathe out, all of your troubles flow out of you.
The colour spreads from your belly to your entire body.
Do the exercise for as long as it feels good for you.
