Feel and recognize

Trauma can mess everything up:

  • Emotions.
  • The way I feel my body.
  • The way I behave.

It can therefore be difficult to know
how you are feeling at any point.
In this part of the book, we have collected exercises
which can help you find out
what is going on inside you.
This is important
so that you can improve things
afterwards.

Important information for all exercises:
Try out
what feels good for you and what does not.
You can do the exercises alone
or with the help of someone.
You can always stop
if you do not want to keep going with an exercise.
