Exercise: Identifying tension part 1

This exercise has 2 parts.
However, it’s like in all the exercises: You can stop at any time
if you get tired of the exercise.


Part 1:

Think about a moment
when you felt good.

Then think about this:

  • What was my body doing at that moment?
  • What were my feelings at that moment?
  • What was the tension in my body like at that moment?
  • Was it low, medium or high?
  • How can I tell
  • what the tension in my body was like at that moment?

Next, think about a moment when you were annoyed.

Then think about this:

  • What was my body doing at that moment?
  • What were my feelings at that moment?
  • What was the tension in my body like at that moment?
  • Was it low, medium or high?
  • How can I tell
  • what the tension in my body was like at that moment?
