This exercise has 2 parts.
However, it’s like in all the exercises: You can stop at any time
if you get tired of the exercise.
Part 1:
Think about a moment
when you felt good.
Then think about this:
- What was my body doing at that moment?
- What were my feelings at that moment?
- What was the tension in my body like at that moment?
- Was it low, medium or high?
- How can I tell
- what the tension in my body was like at that moment?
Next, think about a moment when you were annoyed.
Then think about this:
- What was my body doing at that moment?
- What were my feelings at that moment?
- What was the tension in my body like at that moment?

- How can I tell
