Exercise: Feeling early warning signs in time

Think of a moment when your tension was "medium."
For example:
A moment when you were a little annoyed
with someone.
Think about this:

  • What were my feelings at that moment?
  • What was I thinking?
  • What did my body feel like?
  • What did I do?

Next time,
you may be able to identify the high level of tension sooner.
Then you can do an exercise to relax.
