Exercise: Breathing

Sit or lie down.
Breathe in and breathe out.
As you breathe in, think: “in”.
As you breathe out, think: “out”.
This is how you breathe consciously.
You can feel your breath.
Do that five times.
Then ask yourself:
“How do I feel now?”
“What do I need now?”
You can do the exercise several times a day.
Or before you go to sleep or
after you wake up.
