Exercise: Which people are good for me right now?
There are various kinds of social contacts.
For example:
Family, friends*, acquaintances,
flatmates*, colleagues*,
carers*.
Not every person is someone
I can or want to talk to about everything.
Not every person is someone
I can or want to do everything with.
It's important to find out:
Who's good for me right now?
Who do I want to spend time with right now?
These questions can help you with that:
- Who do I like to be with?
- Why do I like being with this person?
- Who can I talk to about problems?
- Who can I have fun with?
- Who supports me in everyday life?
- Who do I like working with?
