Exercise: Identifying my own needs
When you feel bad,
sometimes you can't clearly feel:
What do I need right now?
These questions can help you with that:
- Where in my body do I have this unpleasant feeling?
- What do I think about this feeling?
- Does that feeling tell me anything?
- What do I need now?
- What do I feel like doing?
- What do I want to do?
For example: drink tea, go for a walk, sleep,
talk to someone.
